We’re Soulstead Wellness.
We started Soulstead because we believe everyone deserves time to pause, breathe, and feel like themselves again. After years of working in the NHS and with a background in the performing arts, we saw how much stress, burnout, and disconnection people carry in their everyday lives.
Soulstead grew from a passion for wellbeing, creativity, and nature. We wanted to create spaces where people could slow down, share stories, laugh, and reconnect — whether that’s through a wellbeing workshop, a woodland retreat, or gentle memory activities for dementia care.
Our sessions blend simple practices like yoga, meditation, sound baths, creative expression, and time in nature with the power of community. Nothing complicated — just thoughtful, restorative
experiences that leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
