*08:00 – 9:00 Rise and shine yoga
*09:00 – 10:00 Silent breakfast (quiet morning and mindful nourishment)
*10:00 – 13:00 – Forest Bathing(Shinrin Yoku
*13:00 – 14:00 – Organic lunch
*14:00 – 15:00 – Guided meditation
*15:00 – 17:00 – Free time or massage sessions(extra charge)
*17:00 – 18:00 – Yoga Nidra followed by sound healing
*18:00 – 19:00 – Organic dinner
*19:30 – 21:00 -The Soulstead story circle(Open fire or indoor fire- depending on the weather)
-Day 3 – Sunday
*08:00 – 9:00 – Yin Yoga (releasing tension, stress, old patterns)
