Return & Refund Policy
At Soulstead Wellness, we value the trust you place in us when booking a retreat. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your registration.
1. Cancellations by Participant

If you decide to cancel your participation in the retreat, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total retreat fee, provided that cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellations by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, natural disasters, or government restrictions), participants will be offered either:

A full refund of fees paid, or

The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Any travel costs, visa applications, or personal arrangements made by participants are not covered or refundable under this policy.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method originally used at booking.
5. Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another participant at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the retreat.
