Return & Refund Policy 

At Soulstead Wellness, we value the trust you place in us when booking a retreat. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your registration.

1. Cancellations by Participant

  • If you decide to cancel your participation in the retreat, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total retreat fee, provided that cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

  • Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, natural disasters, or government restrictions), participants will be offered either:

    • A full refund of fees paid, or

    • The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any travel costs, visa applications, or personal arrangements made by participants are not covered or refundable under this policy.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method originally used at booking.

5. Transfers

  • If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another participant at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the retreat.
